Does anyone know of a Certified Gluten, Dairy, Yeast, Soya and IODINE FREE multivitamin available without breaking the bank please? 🤔😊
I am looking for a multivitamin (not necessarily mineral as well) without all the above, but can't seem to find one. I don't want to have to buy loads of individual supplements as I already pay out enough due to self medicating. I would gratefully appreciate any help on this. I have purchased several

Hair loss
I am taking Biotin vitamins, regular
multivitamins
and using a Biotin shampoo. It has slowed a bit but my hair is so thin now! I even got it trimmed hoping that would help! Just wondering if anyone else went through that, if so what did you do and WHEN does it stop? Thank you ❤️

Ttc journey & Metformin
We’re really hoping metformin will work out, we’re also eating healthier, taking prenatal &
multivitamins
and exercising every now and then. I will keep you all posted and hope that my experience can be helpful for someone else, as other women’s stories have been for me. 💜

Vitamin Supplements
Cheers to all, Last week I asked if any of you supplemented with vitamins etc. Today I saw my specialist and he has suggested a children's multivitamin. Listing the brands recommended won't do you much good as I am in Canada but he walked me through the importance of managing vitamin and mineral absorption

Would appreciate input on latest bits A, E, and ferritin levels
I avoid
multivitamins
as I've read they don't contain enough of anything. Time to add some vit E or is there a natural way of raising levels (best foods?)

High Dose Thiamine and 'Refeeding Syndrome' -- what if the concept of finding the correct dosage is wrong?
Both Dr. Lonsdale and Dr. Chandler Marrs speak a lot about "refeeding syndrome" when supplementing with a vitamin B1 dose that's just too high. This comes into conflict with the instructions from Dr. Constantini. So, it got me wondering. According to what I've been reading, the goal of HDT (High dose

Hot flushes and night sweats
Hi all, I’m 35 and have very low AMH. I had an ICSI cycle cancelled before egg collection earlier this year because I didn’t respond to the medications. We’re having a break until the new year when we’re hoping to go for a private cycle, but recently I’ve been having hot flushes and night sweats. I
