a long time insulin dependent diabetic, i hv never had a bp issue before. For the past 2-3days i was feeling nausea and feverish. I thought it was because of excessive heat. Carbs are carbs and calories are calories....
Hmmmm...I am bit confused.... As Georgejee suggest to consume 1gm/body weight.So if person is 100 Kg he should consume 100 Gms of long wheat. And the members will ask how can those heavy carbs will help a diabetic to lead to cure....No logical answer....

Could not land HBa1c 6.00
Today done my Hba1c...it was 6.9 on 16/01/2016 it was 13.1 on 13/02/2016 it was 10.5 on 14/03/2016 it was 8.4 & now as of 15/04/2016 its 6.9 I was low carbing whatever carbs ...mostly Long wheat....so was not spiking anytime (fasting and 2hrs pp) above 130 Why 6.9??? Hmmmm may be I was just low carbing

D-Day
I guess I knew D-Day would hit me at some point. Yesterday I was told I 'probably' have Diabetes 2 (will have definite results in fortnight) - but it's borderline, phew.
