Managing diabetes

I am diabetic for the lat  32 yrs. My bs is normally under control. My other health parameters are ok.

Treatment: allopathic   treatment. I do take ayuevedic  medicines. I feel ayur med must pass through clinical trial to enhance the dependability and acceptance.

I have been  practicing yoga for the last 50 yrs.  I am 72. I trust yoga for good health
