As your most of knowledge will benefited to most of the members . Please explain how you are maintained your diabetic weather followed Fat fast or Intermediate fasting?
Can you please post your diet plan and blood test performance which helps comparing to every members diet and controlling blood sugar level.
What a paradox. We do fast to give rest to liver and pancreas but as sugar gets down in fasting or IF liver has to work more to "dump " the sugar into the blood and as sugar rises pancreas has to work more
