Hi, Ive battled with Endo/ severe dysmennohrea since I was 9! I'm now 23 and nothing has been a long term improvement. I had a lap in 2012 and they found some medium sized endo. Since 2015 though the pain and amount of blood loss has been severe. I've had to call for paramedics a few times which seems

Changing from IUD to IUS
Hi, So I've had my IUD (Copper coil) in for the past 3 years or so. I've never had a problem, I suffered with pretty painful periods anyway but nothing as bad as they are now. About 8 months ago I started getting severe period pain and bleeding in between periods. I kept a log of my periods and thought

Please help - I am really desperate from some advice or reassurance from someone - I had 2 Decapeptyl injections prior to my last Op on 11th May. The last one was the 5th May. At my Op I had my Mirena Coil moved which had been in place since December 2015. I had more Endo removed + diagnosed as probably

Esmya/Fibroids/Mirena Looking for advice from anyone in similar situation.
Hi, I have been suffering in pain for over a year. My GP thought the Mirena coil would fix the bleeding and pain - it didn't help. Got referred to gynae, started on Esmya. First 3 weeks of Esmya, my pain increases to point of barely sleeping and begging for more pain relief. Then it settled down for

Hello, I just wondered if anyone else has had the marina coil and their experiences with it. I only got it 2 weeks ago (worst pain I've felt) since then my pain has got 10x worse than before and more frequent. I have heard that it does take a while to settle, I am wondering is it worth it? It is causing

Diagnostic Lap shows no endometriosis. Feel like screaming. Not sure what to do next as this chronic pain has to from something.
I have had painful periods since 11 and went on pill at 16 to stop the cramps and heavy flow. It did a good job until I came off the pill at 30. Always had bowel symptoms before, during and after periods. Like really bad cramps and loose movements. Sometimes that is worst than even the period pain.

Anyone else get this with their Mirena Coil?
Sorry I have posted before, but this issue is really bugging me. I can honestly feel my mirena coil in me, especially when I am lying down. Also, it scratches like crazy! Does anyone else get this? Told my surgeon, nurse and GP, none of them know what it could be.

Hello all! So I'm 26 and for the last 4 years been suffering with all the symptoms to endometriosis. I have been on the floor crying my eyes out in pain and I don't do crying! Sex is a massive no go for me. Periods were unimaginably painful, going to the toilet is a nightmare sometimes, I'm constantly

Hi I'm new to this, I was recently diagnosed with endometriosis in December I've had a laparoscopy to remove some of the tissue, a cyst and drain my Fallopian tubes. After experiencing a lot of agonising pain with the endo especially during menstral cycle to the point I can't stand as my legs feel numb

Mirena coil 4 and a half months in. Hair loss, greasy skin, spots, emotional..
Really not sure if the benefit (less painful periods) is worth the side effects. Every time I brush my hair, I just think 'right, that's it. I can't take it any more!' And I didn't have hair loss beforehand. My periods were extremely painful, but only for 2 days - and strong painkillers helped if I caught
