Endo pain

Hi I've been diagnostic with endometriosis 18 month ago after suFeering with agonising pain since June 15 when I got sterilised. I've been on prostap whigh was faborn but you can only take for 6 months at a time. The pill doesn't agree with me (attempted suicide). Most recently had the mirena coil fitted in may but still in absolute agony. Some days the pains are mild other days its severe. I've been on amitriptyline for just over 2 years but hi king of coming off them and asking to go on tramadol.

Does anyone know how long you have to be off amitriptyline before starting tramadol? I'm back at he Dr's 18th July so I'm going to ask the Dr then to change me.

Also if anyone else has any other pain relief methods other than ones I've mentioned and the usual paracetamol, ibuprofen and got water bottles. Xxxx
