Recent Diagnosis - What are my options?
Hi, I have recently received a diagnosis of "suspected endometriosis" by my GP and am in the process of figuring everything out. I'm currently 31 and had been on the combined pill since I was 18. I got fed up with how the pills made me feel so I decided to go hormone free and got the copper coil

Endo help
Hi all! I was wondering what has everyone's journey been regarding getting surgery on the NHS? I feel like I've not really been listened to by doctors and finding out what was going on has been a bit of a battle. I had a scan which seemed to show endometriosis but I was told only laparoscopy can confirm

I had a novasure 9 years ago. Very successful results. Now I’m on HRT and utrogestan isn’t agreeing with me. Can I have the mirena coil?

Help! Constant bleeding!!
Hi, I'm suffering terribly, diagnosed a couple of years ago and I've had a mirena coil fitted, hrt analogue injections, which I could only have for 6 months due to the damage they can do. I'm constantly bleeding, nothing seems to stop it and I'm in pain many days. I went away a couple of weekends ago

HRT options
Hello All, I had the Mirena coil (IUD) since starting menopause and was taking oral oestrogen HRT in addition for the hot flushes (nearly 10 years now). I was on Elleste solo 1mg, which I only took every 3-4 days, as I found this dose was okay for controlling the flushes, if I took more my breasts

After suffering from the age of 13, i was finally diagnosed with endo in 2021. I had a laparoscopy & ablation, then a mirena coil fitted. Honestly it has just been a case of dealing with different and more extreme symptons i wouldnt say any of it has helped. For the last 8 years my amazing partner has

Coming off HRT patches
Hi everyone, I'm 55 years old and I've been on a bit of a health journey these last few years to say the least, with many debilitating symptoms including crushing fatigue. As part of the treatment for this, I went onto HRT oestrogen patches 18 months ago, along with the mirena coil I already had.

Really bad thigh pains
I'm still awaiting a laparoscopy for a diagnosis. I've been bleeding continuously for about 2 weeks, so the pelvic pain has ramped up again, despite having the mirena coil. The front of my thighs are killing me. Stabbing pains, that are waking me up in the night. I have had them before, but not this

Mirena coil during laparoscopy
Hey everyone, I’ve just been for my pre op appointment all went well but I asked the nurse wether I could have my copper coil taken out and replaced with a Mirena during surgery and he said I’d have to speak to the surgeon about it on the day of surgery. This seems really last minute and kinda stresses

Bowel endo surgery
I was diagnosed with endo via lap four years ago. At the time i had an endometrioma removed but they left some endo (including a nodule) on my left uterosacral ligament as it was too close to the ureter. I also had mirena fitted at the same time and discharged straight after the surgery. Although there
