I’m currently having investigations into Endo-sorry long post but need some advice or any reassurance:)
Hi I’m Sara and I’ve just turned 22, this month, and over the last 3 years I have symptoms (similar to the ones listed for endometriosis) and they have become more severe or more frequent/longer episodes that have been stopping me from working or functioning properly (exercise, sex, going out); it has

No endo found
Dec 2021 I had endo removed between my bladder and abdominal wall, dense bowel adhesions noted. Mirena inserted. May 2022 the pain started again, lower left side and down my leg. All around mid and end cycle. Referred back to gynae. Since tried the progesterone only pill on top, had a normal mri

Thrush
I’ve have endo, adeno and a history of cysts. Last year I was suffering with extreme bloating and nausea and I paid to see a private gynaecologist who put me back on the pill alongside the mirena and I improved. Now at the end of every period I get thrush 😢 and before every period I feel like I have

Hello Everyone, Here are my most recent BH results obtained as per the forum guidelines - the last test I did was about 3 months ago. Cortisol Following my very low Regenerus cortisol results, I've been on Adrenavive 2 for about 4 weeks now, no digestive or other problems. I've been working upwards

Hormones vs hysterectomy
I am 43 and facing the next (hopefully last) stage in endometriosis life. I have had two laparoscopic surgeries and a successful few years on the mirena coil. After an unbearable few months it has been recommended that we induce early menopause to manage. The big question is Hormones vs hysterectomy.

mirena coil advice
hey ladies, just wanted to know what your experience has been like with the mirena coil. My gyny wants to fit one when I have my surgery and I’m not sure I want it. He said it should control my adenomyosis and help with the endo too - as well as reduce bleeding but I’ve read horror stories and I’m

Does tranexamic acid work?
Hi guys. I've had an ablation, and it failed. I had the mirena, and I had 2 rounds of the depo injection and I'm still bleeding so so bad. 2 periods a month now on average, so I'm finally on the list for a hysterectomy. Doctor has now put me on tranexamic acid in the hope that it will help. Last month

hormone imbalance - any clues?!
Hi, can anyone help me please with recent hormone imbalance test. I’m really not clued up on hormones! I needed to check my ft3 and was offered a free blood test from Forth to fully check my hormones. I’m now more confused than ever with so many over range results.. I’m 49, not aware I’m going through

Rectocele and laparoscopy
Hi everyone, this is my first post to any kind of forum at all so bear with me! I began having very painful periods after my c section with my second child, not really any heavier bleeding, in fact sometimes I barely bled properly but the pain was very intense. I've ended up in urgent care with suspected

Experience of Zalkya - help
Hi, I have been prescribed Zalkya to try and help my endo. I have had 3 keyhole surgeries so far. All helped for around 6-8 months and then back to square 1. I have a mirena Coil and haven't had a period since Dec 21 but I am getting endo pains/symptoms the majority of the month now. Next step if this

Endo and Mirena
Hi everyone, I was diagnosed with endometriosis in 2017 but this is the first time I’ve joined anything like this. Feeling really fed up with my symptoms and thought it would be a good idea to link up with fellow endo warriors 🤗. I recently had a Mirena coil fitted in order to stop my periods, with

2 mirena coils for Adenomyosis?
had my laparoscopy last week. They couldn't find endo but did say I had a globular uterus, which is indicative of Adenomyosis. I'm not surprised as all the symptoms fit. I literally opened my eyes from the ga and the findings were explained. I didn't take a lot of it in but they did mention about having

Endo, ovarian cysts and bowel problems
43 weeks after I had my MRI showing I have two cysts in my right ovary I’m finally getting to see a gynaecologist on the 28th August. 10 days ago I was referred for an urgent colonoscopy after stomach cramps and rectal bleeding. FIT test results were >400. No idea when I’ll get that. I am so tired
