Do you notice a difference in your mental health?
As its
mental
health
week, I just wanted to share a personal milestone in my
mental
health
journey. Over the past few months, I have been engaging in regular physical activity and really noticed the difference in my
mental
health
.

Climbing TSH What should I expect to happen treatment wise
My exercise is how I look after my
mental
health
and keep it upbeat and healthy. Now that my exercise has all stopped as I haven’t the energy. Today I’ve just had the next set of blood results back. These were taken at 0830 and I had only drank a little water, to keep the results accurate.

Longest bout of RLS 13 days of no sleep
I suffer from
mental
health
issues already and take medications for it. No new prescription but I do take Wellbutrin, vyvase and abilify as well as Lack of sleep is taking a toll on me. I started with RLS in 2021 when I caught covid. It comes and goes lasting for a night or two.

Latest Blood Tests: Mental Health at its lowest ebb-desperate
I had a my latest bloods today, the last week or so in particular have probably been the worst
mental
health
I have ever been in, competitive with how I felt directly after being put on Levothyroxine.

Right Sided pelvic pain
Hi I am new here and wanted to tell my story with the hope that I can get a better understanding as to what is happening with me, as I am really confused and my
mental
health
is really suffering because of this.I had a hysterectomy (full laproscopic) in May 2013 for heavy periods and pelvic pain.

Here’s to the next part and the best part of my life!
During my 20’s I was a complete party girl… spending my years masking
mental
health
issues, traumatic experiences, and all of life’s other woes behind a seemingly happy face.

No beds yet available from merseycare
mental
health
but will go straight in when we get the call. Very worried cos its now law and I have to comply. Thankfully I want treatment and the voices are agreeing and not making it difficult. Trying not to think to much about it.

Volunteering lightens my mood
After a traumatic life upheaval 15 years ago, I received real
mental
health
treatment for the first time, I'm 58. Along with that treatment I got my diagnosis and an understanding of how to ease my symptoms.

To my friend Barbara with Love
If that’s indeed the culprit , then from what I know in my travels of this
mental
health
world you need a medication to help that part of the brain function properly. Right? If that is true, then obviously our goal is to not only find the proper medication , but the proper dosage.

lost, confused, sad
Back in the days West Indian families didn’t believe in
mental
health
. As I grow older more people are seeking therapy. However, the older generation still find it hard to believe that anxiety and depression exist. When I think about my childhood it is all a blur. I remember bits and pieces.

Helpful Self-Talk, Anyone?
I’d also like to quickly say that I’m confident about medical choices I’m making for myself, so medical advice isn’t necessarily needed - this is more for the
mental
health
side of what we go through.

For anyone who is on T3 only... When did you realise you needed it?
Some of my symptoms are better (
mental
health
GREATLY improved, periods normal for first time in 5 years, physical body fatigue better, improved appetite, no more bradycardia, little bit of weight loss, less palpitations) However the symptom I have found the most debilitating through this whole journey

Teenager under medicated
His
mental
health
is and has been bad for a long time, but he has recently really upped his self harming. Surely being optimally medicated would help with his
mental
health
? His V d was a bit low, has been recommended supplements, which I have bought.

Why is my
