Homebound
I have never been where I am now with my
mental
health
conditions. I have been homebound for a little more than a year now after a second bout of Covid. My house was always my "safe space", once Covid came into it, it is no longer that safe place for me.

Hi - long time no speak
I’m a bit worried about my
mental
health
at the moment. Something that’s never worried me before. I have bitten my nails for the first 61 years of my life and stopped biting them the moment I handed in my notice to retire. Then, after 12 years I have started again!

Vulnerable. Overthinking. Nauseous
I haven't even mentioned my
mental
health
....and i would need more to be a consultant. My family thinks i can just be a therapist and their therapist. And everyone's therapist. They see some serial killer on the TV and ask me. Like i don't even know what's going on with my own
mental
health
😭).

Anyone with behcet's taking rinvoq?
My steroid use was getting a little out of hand and the higher doses have a pretty negative impact on my
mental
health
. Since starting rinqov I've successfully reduced my steroids to a low level 2.5mg daily.

Book of Regrets
There is one chapter (they are all short chapters) at the end that I need to memorize for my
mental
health
. I would definitely recommend this book. I use books as an escape but this one hit home personally as I too sometimes want to end it all.

I've been thinking a lot about people's misdiagnoses........
However, so many people have a diagnosis of fibromyalgia, ME/CFS, MS, Parkinsons, depression, anxiety, other
mental
health
problems, ADHD, Autism.......the list goes on, and I wonder how many of these are actually B12 deficient.

Please help/ endometrioma cyst
This is affecting my
mental
health
as I think every time I'm getting my period the cyst is getting bigger. I ask my GP for some medicine but I was told there isn't any treatment for this. He gave me Rigevidon, but he said it's only for pain control and it's not a treatment for cyst.

Endo, Crohn’s and Surgery
All I’ve been offered is birth control and pain medication - birth control just isn’t for me as they really impact my
mental
health
. Where do I go from here? Do I just soldier on daily or do I try to find a Gynae team who will work with a Gastro team to operate?

advice for adenomyosis
As a result my overall physical and
mental
health
feels like it’s deteriorating. Dr has referred me to a 9 week pain management programme but I’m not feeling optimistic. Has anyone taken part in a similar programme? It’s all online with a gynae nurse, a physiotherapist and a psychologist.

Reversing out?
Last few gp appointments I’d asked for something to help keep me calm etc as felt my
mental
health
was spiralling and got nothing. I don’t know what to do, I just feel something is seriously wrong with me and no one knows what, or what to do.

Respite
This new mum had taken her own life as a result of crippling maternal
mental
health
. Long story, but I found her mother had set up a charity in her honour. One of the aims is to set up a respite care home, something I passionately believe should be available.
