Book of Regrets

I just finished a book by Matt Haig called The Midnight Library. It really resonated with me and my depression. The main character overdoses and finds herself in a place called the Midnight library. She has the opportunity to live out different lives she could have had if she made certain choices in her life. It touched me because so often I think my life would be better if I did something differently. But the point the author tries to bring home is sometimes its our perception that causes our problems. There is one chapter (they are all short chapters) at the end that I need to memorize for my mental health. I would definitely recommend this book. I use books as an escape but this one hit home personally as I too sometimes want to end it all.

HiThanks for sharing.

This is an awesome book and one of my favorites too. A story of life's countless possibilities and outcomes. A reminder to live life to the fullest.

Thank God for second chances!
