The pain during menses is pretty chronic - I'm taking mefenamic acid which I take alongside paracetamol. I am also getting daily stabbing pain, deep ache like period pain throughout the month.

I have an 8yo with severe food allergies and his only supplement he takes is multivitamin and iron. I believe he doesn't get enough omega 3 so I also try to add flax seed in his diet (not consistent though as he is a picky eater due to the food allergies).
