How good is take omega3?

Can I take "omega-3 fatty acids" for speed my metabolism? How safe is it? Need help! A friend told me is it well take it at night.

While sufficient intake of Omega 3 fatty acids are important for health I don’t think they would have any direct significant effect on your metabolism. That sounds like internet click bait.

Good dietary sources are avocados, olive oil, nuts and oily fish.

Hi, and in reply about the Omega 3 fatty acids, I have never heard it used to aid your metabolism. I have been taking cod liver oil tabs for years, mainly for my joints, as I suffer with tendonitus. Also the occasional knee and elbow pain. Sleep deprivation will slow down your metabolism, so if you are not a good sleeper, then it would well worth you visiting your doctor. They can help you. Also try to have a smaller meal in the evening, so when you are sleeping, your body isn't working hard to digest your food. Just been looking into all this now.
