Advise please... Endo and menopause

Thanks for reading my previous posts, your advice and words of support has really helped me.

Since February I’ve had a MRI, Gastroscopy & Flexi Sigmoidoscopy, CT scan, ultrasound, internal scan all come back satisfactory. 💊These are what medication I’ve had colofac, Mefenamic Acid, Oral Capsule 500mg, Omeprazole 20mg, Elleste solo 2mg HRT,

Currently l’m only taking colofac (not doing anything), off the HRT and still have spells of feeling sick, hot, cold, irritable & really fed up! 🥵 Still having to justify the way l feel even more so now l’m back at work. I’ve been back at work since the 29th April on a phased return and to say the least it’s been very hard emotionally and physically. The pain and dragging feeling over this week has been horrendous. I’m so tired yet not sleeping, trying to do few things around the house and walk the dogs. I feel lm going backwards just need answers, my GP and Gynae thinks it’s endometriosis but my GP has mentioned fibromyalgia. My next appointment is with Gynae on 15th July, lm worried he won’t do Laparoscopy, l feel l really need this ASAP but know the waiting list is gonna be long and to go private is expensive. Any advise welcome! 🤞🙏🏼
