Some simptoms still remain...
I tried
meditation
, go to sleep without the phone, go to sleep at the same time every night... The only thing that I can say it was perfect before all these problems was my sleep. I was sleeping for 7-8 hours, not to hard, not to light and the most important thing: I was fresh in the morning!

Anxiety with Depression and unable to work
I go see a therapist, do
meditation
, journal every day but I still have no motivation. I do take Xanax which seems to be the only thing that helps but for only a short time. I am worried about how long it will take until I can go to work?

Meditative Thoughts
Tonight I meditated after a super long hiatus from my relationships with yoga and

. It felt really good to focus on my breath and feel the true me coming to the surface. Then bam!!! Anxious thoughts come over me.

I wish I could sleep
I’ve tried listening to anxiety
meditation
videos on YouTube and I feel more relaxed but I still cannot sleep. I want to be normal again. I had a good few months of it last year. I keep blaming all these feelings on my relationship but I’ve been like this long before we got together.

or mindfulness. I have been trying out smartphone apps. My top 3 at the moment (free versions) are; 1. Headspace 2. Calm 3. Insight (I use an android phone so am not sure if they're also available on ITunes).

Help. On 25 mg of Pred for GCA moving onto methotrexate - advice on metho please :)

/ relax which helps. I am trying to be bold like my lovely cat Llewani (sadly no longer with me) on my motor bike as he wasnt afraid of anything but its a bit daunting.

Anxiety is always at it's peak in the morning but I have been reading
Meditation
& Mindfulness by Andy Puddicombe so this morning I used what I am learning. I have never tried

before and although very clumsy it definitely helped with getting out the door.

Since you Mets Dx, what has changed?
I am seeing a therapist, have tried reiki and am trying
meditation
. I also am trying to work out (when feel up to it) and am reading a lot as well. I am spending more time with kids, etc and really assessing my priorities.
