Hello to all,
1st sorry for my bad english.
2nd I'll try to make long story short.
At the end of August 2017. I started to have first symptoms of anxyety and in a few months it evolved into depression.
First symptoms were:
- I start to turn in my bed around 4.30h and wake up early in the morning, around 5, 6 o'clock, tired, unable to sleep again
- loose stool immediately after I get out of bed
- many other common anxyety / depression symptoms
All 10 months of struggling with those other common anxyety and depression symptoms, loose stool and early morning waking were minor problem to me. I didnt take any pills/medications during that time. But then my life situation changed completely. Everything that started anxyety and depression turned over in a good way and my recovery started. Main anxyety/ depression symptoms were gone in two months and I can say that I went back to my normal life! BUT the only thing that is still here to this very day are those first two symptoms from the beginning:
- I start to turn in my bed around 4.30, wake up early in the morning, around 5, 6 o'clock, tiered, unable to sleep again, sometimes my body is trembling
- loose stool immediately after I get out of bed
Now it's 8th month from when my situation changed but those symptoms are still here. I like to think that I'm OK, I travel, go out with my friends, I do sports 3 times a week, I'm happy and I'm back smiling, but those two symptoms are here EVERY SINGLE DAY.
I tried meditation, go to sleep without the phone, go to sleep at the same time every night...
The only thing that I can say it was perfect before all these problems was my sleep. I was sleeping for 7-8 hours, not to hard, not to light and the most important thing: I was fresh in the morning!
It seems to me that I have some kind of adrenalin/nervous rush during last 1/3rd of my sleeping time. Regarding loose stool I had similar experience 2 times before big exam on my college and I was very nervous and I had to go to the toilet. And I think for that time and situation thats normal. But now this starts to be little annoying. And I feel I'm tierd during morning and sometimes during the day. I dont have strength like I used to.
Did someone experienced somthing similar?
How long did it last and what did you do to make it back to normal?
Any advice...?
Thank you very much
