My partner sufferers from depression. I suffer from anxiety. Thoughts? Advice?
I am new here so I hope I am doing this right... My boyfriend suffers from depression and always has, even as a child. He is now 24 years old; he says he feels like it is getting worse. He has told me he does not feel suicidal and couldn't imagine doing anything like that. We have been together for

Food Reaction Tests
My early symptoms for what they were are in remission. I still have a swollen finger, but the generalised pain has gone. My ankles and knees are occasionally a bit achy, but my stiff hands in the morning have gone away. I can drive without discomfort and don't have to remove my shoes in the office.

So just an update on the work front. I spoke to one of the deputy heads at the school yesterday and he said I will be moving to owls class from January. I'm happy and sad about the move. I really enjoy working with the children in my current class. It really has made me think about what I am doing and

Supplement list
Sorry I've just realised a couple of people asked what supplements I take and I forgot to post! Basically to reiterate previous advice if you decide to take any supplements, you should really check with your Doc/Onc team especially if you are on any meds before taking supplements in case of a side effect

All I need is some honest advise
Im 28, overweight (put 2 stone on this year due to drinking energy drinks and esting take away) and up until about 3 months ago hadn't seen a DR in about 6 years other than when my partner gave birth. My apologies for the length but please read. I was short of breath and had some weird pain in my

DHEA Update
Well had a scan at 8+5w the sac was abnormal the worse out of the 3 pregnancies I really thought taking these supplements had worked as I got pregnant quickly. So obviously we’re devastated but maybe abit desensitised as we tried not to attach ourselves emotionally to this pregnancy. 😢 I've read through

Taking cod liver oil and fish oil
Hi, my name is Scott Hughes. I was hoping someone could help me answer a question that is bugging me. I have ordered a packet of omega-3 fish oil capsules and a packet of cod liver oil. Methotrexate/medical marijuana
I’ve been on methotrexate for over a year, and Humira for about 5 months. I’m also on an antidepressant. I have just started to feel the worst nausea and stomach discomfort and it seems like after I take my dose of MTX. I was on 10 tablets weekly and was just switched to 5 after complaining of the nausea
