Hi I care for my mum and at the moment I’m suffering debilitating back pain ,I can use nurofen patches that help best for someone in my situation as with opioids I’m not any use. The dr wants to put me on gabapentine as the patches are so expensive and they can’t prescribe them but I’m not keen on

Just want to sleep 😭😭
As the title says I struggle so much at night sleeping. Mi can fall asleep by 10-11 most night night I will wake up every 39-60mins and be awake for hours and then then cycle again. I used to think it was the tramadol I took but but since stopped them a long time ago it’s still happening 😔 I take Clonazepam

Hi Everyone I haven't posted here for some time. Guess I could say things haven't been too bad part from a couple of blips, too long to explain just now. I'm sure my question has been explored before and I did find a couple of posts but they were quite old, so I thought I'd ask again. Briefly

Mick Jagger's Diet

Anxiety due to Narcissistic mother?
I either feel really content, really angry or numb. I (think) I know why; my mums a narcissistic. I have found that I hate seeing family, or her friends, or my friends who's parents know my mum. She spreads false info about me. CONSTANTLY. I can hear her on the phone, and she'll say things like; "Grandma

New here
I just found this site. I've always known that I'm not alone in this battle, but to see/read others' stories is comforting. I've been medicated for depression for 25+ years. I was a prisoner of Paxil for most of that time. I've been off of it for about 8 months and realize now that, while it helped

Struggling to get pregnant
From three months me and my partner have been trying for a baby, working out my ovulation dates ect. But nothing.. I’m worried there is something wrong but as I’m 20 I always think I will get judged by the doctor once I say I’m trying to get pregnant. Anyone know the best way to increase my chances ?

Breathless and difficult digestion. Other autoimmune?
Hi everyone. I wonder what advice you might have for a guy wrestling with Hashimoto's. My main symptoms are fatigue, exertion to breath, bloating, sometimes it can be tiring to stand but I don't know if this is more to do with being bloated and breathless. finally, although it seldom quells my appetite
