Has anyone tried taking fish oil (omega 3) tablets? Do they help with anxiety and how much do you take per day?

Thoughts on a different employment
Just wanted thoughts from my PD friends who understand what I’m feeling . I am 56 and I’m a librarian at and elementary school and have been at the same school for 22 years . My colleagues and friends there knew me before PD and know how I’m a go getter and in control , and after the diagnosis see me

New to the group...Attempting to manage anxiety without prescription
I guess I have always had anxiety but this December it became an issue where i needed to seek out the assistance of a doctor. I had anxiety and was unable to go to the super market, after this I was constantly trying to gauge how i was feeling and it was distracting me from enjoying my family. I was

Vagina Issues
Hi all. This isn't something I have spoken about on here. I noticed a small lump ( spot sort of lump ) on the outside of my vagina. It hasn't got any pus and it isn't overly sore. I have tried to squeeze it but it just hurts and it is like a silver/grey blister bubble thing. I have tried cream, lavender

Not the problem but a symptom
I am very disappointed :( I was hoping to find something about the muscles rebuilding themselves with increased bloodflow during deep sleep, since i have been exercising recently. I only experience it if i am woken up by someone during very deep sleep and it has a sort of good massage feeling. I propose

Pain in the middle of the spine
For the last I’d say three years now I’ve been having discomfort in the middle of my spine from my OA that I was diagnosed with in 2015. Symptoms started about a year after being diagnosed. I’ve made my GP aware of it but he’s not really wanting to do anything to ease what I’m feeling on a daily basis

Glans scars, are they always permanent?
I have two marks/scars on my penis glans/head from applying apple cider vinegar to spots I thought where problems but the dermatologist says they are normal. The vinegar caused a couple of slight marks/scars. One is has a slight border/outline around it and is what the dermatologist says is hypopigmentation

I have been having many bouts of AFIB since a colonoscopy 2 years ago. I don't know what set it off but went into AFIB during the procedure and ended up in the ER. I converted on my own while there. I have had many very serious AFIB events since then at least weekly. One thing I noticed is that certain

Omega 3
I am having quite a struggle with morning pain. Have been experimenting with split dose times of pred. I take omega 3 with evening primrose and flaxseed oils. Wondering if this was having an effect with the pred. I do not want to raise the pred so am looking for alternatives. As I am reducing I had read

Severe Breast Pain advice
For the last two years I've had almost constant severe breast pain particularly in my left breast. I've been to the breast clinic three times and seen a consultant who tells me it's hormonal and there's not much they can do. I've also seen my gp numerous times and all they ever do is refer me to the
