Struggling to get pregnant

From three months me and my partner have been trying for a baby, working out my ovulation dates ect. But nothing.. I’m worried there is something wrong but as I’m 20 I always think I will get judged by the doctor once I say I’m trying to get pregnant. Anyone know the best way to increase my chances ? Thank you so much

Give it more time. Three months isn’t long at all. Apparently most couples conceive by a year of trying but if not you can visit your doctor to get some blood tests to check on things. Good luck xx

Three months is really no time at all, try to relax yourself about everything and just enjoy the intimacy with your partner. All this stuff about ovulation seems like your going a bit over the top and putting pressure on yourself when you are still only young. Do you have any reason to believe you would have fertility issues? I just wonder because it's unusual for someone so young to be putting so much thought into conceiving.

just give it a little more time. the doctors wont judge you if you went to see them they will give you advice.... some people start taking folic acid before they fall pregnant as its meant to help chance to get pregnant not sure if it works but you could try. fingers crossed it happens soon for you xx

Yes make sure you take folic acid ideally 3 months before trying. It’s usual for it to take up to 12 months so don’t worry 3 months is totally

Normal x
