Alone and so tired.
I have a long history as a pretty high functioning person with depression, anxiety and more recently PTSD. The depression has become treatment resistant. I have tried so many meds, ECT, TMS, Ketamine and now Spravato along with three outpatient programs. I am attending IOP now. But I still feel so down

Really scared & looking for some advice :(
I've been a quiet observer and admirer of this forum for a while now, the support and advice from complete strangers is really uplifting. I hope people know that it means a lot to others to have an outlet to voice their concerns and in return gain compassionate responses. My situation is as follows:

So, yesterday I was sat thinking back about my symptoms of endometriosis
I see a lot of people on here describe painful periods and such as being signs of Endo! Mine presented a lot different! I was 16 when my pain started! It was in my lower to mid back! It was daily and it was severe! I woke every morning in so much pain I wanted to throw up! It didn’t come and go, it was

Light at the end of the tunnel!
Hi I have suffered with OCD for 32 yrs of my life. I'm 45 in a month. I just wanted to write to say there is light at the end of a very long tunnel. I knew something was 'odd' when I kept having weird feelings when I touched the bathroom light cord, when I was a teenager. Thoughts would come into my

Advice wanted on supplements to take to try and manage osteoporosis the natural way
I have osteoporosis and don't want to take medication and want to go the natural route to stop bone loss/ possibly increase it slightly. I am trying to sort out what supplements to take, and am getting confused. A definite bit of advice coming through it to take organic calcium, eg Algecal. This

can i take glucosamine chondroitin with turmeric plus msm with the prednisone and the usual calcium ,vitamin d etc.
Im doing well on my tapering. Just starting down to 6mg prednisone for my PMR. My daughter likes to do natural suppliments and just gave me a large jar of this stuff. I also take fish oil regularly and she gave me jar of Krill oil to use instead. Thoughts on this ?

How do people know so much about themselves?
So, I’ve been waist deep in the NHS for 5 years and still know absolutely nothing! I see on here people are able to describe their cysts, know there blood markers, go into sheer detail of what tests they’ve had, what happened during surgery ect..... I’ll tell you what I know about me! Absolutely nothing

Mental health and how to deal with long term ptsd
Hi, I'm new here. I was led to this site purely by typing in beyond help. I battle with mental illness, it's been 19 years of it and professionals haven't been much help. They have just thrown me in and out of institutions, meds, shock therapy. But now i'm on my own for the first time, still financially

Hey! I’ve taken Cytomel for many years and it’s been very helpful. Right now I don’t have insurance so to go to the dr, then blood work then go back ect is quite the expense. If someone can inbox me a reliable place to purchase T3 I’d really appreciate that. I’ve tried in the past and some places have

Bloating & uncomfortable stomach
Hi all and have a good Christmas Day tomorrow 🎅🎄 Do any of you have an issue with dairy foods?! Or is this yet something else?! I am sure that the IBS I already have is sensitive to dairy. I have painlessly swapped butter, milk, cheese, yogurts and mayo to dairy free. But we had a meal at my mums
