Do you have PAIN??? ... I 'may' have the SOLUTION!

First, I am NOT selling anything.

Second, DISCLAIMER: I can only vouch for my own personal successful experience with this product:

It is a PEMF (pulsed electro-magnetic frequency) therapy mat...

It is $1,100 on Amazon.... (see link below, it has 4 1/2 stars from 40 buyers)

BUT... BUT... BUT....

Since I developed back pain a few years ago (before my PD) ...

I have been diligently and persistently shopping on Craigslist

(I live in Southern California) ... for 'THEARPY' devices...

I have found some AMAZING BARGAINS on Craigslist!

I bought a $6,000 (nearly brand new) massage chair for only $750.00 a couple of years ago!

NOW... I've found a seller on Craigslist (Carlsbad, California) who sold me THIS

Pulsed Electro-Magnetic Therapy mat...

BRAND NEW... for only $300 (plus shipping)!!!

That's $800.00 LESS than Amazon!

NOW here's the BEST part....

I've had nagging back pain, seems like forever... (and I don't take pain killers)...

So for $300 bucks (I met the seller at a Starbucks to check out the device before I bought it) ...

I thought I'd take a chance...

Well, I've been using this PEMF every day since August 5 ... for 30 minutes... on program #3 ... at 20 hz (fully adjustable from 1 to 50 hz but their very detailed directions and very responsive customer service advises program #3 for PD)...

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

Here's the customer service email: info@nuagehealth.us

Here's the email that customer service sent me:

"Congratulations for buying our world-class PEMF Device!"

"As you may be aware, all low frequency PEMF devices work naturally on human body cells to energize and strengthen. It's a slow process, same as all-natural healing processes are, but more importantly, without any intrusive procedures, and side-effects…"

"The energy released by these devices can't be physically felt by us, but it is very effective on cellular level. It's like earth's natural electro-magnetic field, which can't be felt, but has a significant effect on human health and wellness."

"Attached please find PEMF Frequency Chart and our PEMF Therapy book, in pdf format, which provides a lot of information on various types of possible remedies by correctly using PEMF devices."

"Here is the procedure to select the frequency of 8 Hz & time of 20 minutes:"

You would be using Program P3, by using UP & Down arrows.

Press Start/OK Button to select Frequency.

Select Frequency 20 Hz, using UP & Down arrows.

Press Start/OK Button to select Time.

Select Time of 15 to 20 minutes, using UP & Down arrows.

Press Start/OK Button to start operation.

For best results use the device 2 to 3 times a day.

It is recommended to consume a glass of water before and after the treatment, so that toxins, which are released during the PEMF Therapy, are removed from your body.

Please do let us know if you need any other assistance from our side.

Best regards,

Sid

I'm doing so many other PD remedies... I can't make ANY claims that this device is helping my PD...

BUT BUT BUT...

I have tried sooooo many things (I have a sauna at home, vibration plate machine, massage chair, etc.) for my back pain... and NONE of them worked...

BUT THIS PEMF MAT... HAS COMPLETELY HEALED MY BACK PAIN IN LESS THAN 3 WEEKS!

Placebo effect? I don't know... Will the pain come back? I don't know ...

But I don't think so... Right now I'm at 100% improvement...

I gladly would have paid $300 for 25% improvement!!!

Anyway, for $300 bucks (plus shipping) ... I leave it up to you to decide for yourself...

The seller's name is 'Jaeson' (correct spelling) ....

I just traded texts with him and he said he has a couple of these left and that it's OK for me to post this testimonial and give you his direct cell number:

Sounds great! Hope your pain doesn't come back..I'm struggling with back pain, leg cramping, increased tremors. Not sure what is going on. I have a compression deformity at L2 and osteoporosis. I'm hoping the vibrating plate hasn't caused more damage than help.

Hi! Should you ever have surgery you can not use a vibrating plate. It is contraindicated for any orthopedic implants. If you have any pars fractures it is also not a good idea because of structural instability.

Smittybear7 profile image
Smittybear7 in reply to Sydney75

Thanks for the information. My chiropractor and nutritionist/pharmacist said I should use the vibrating plate for osteoporosis. It helps build bones. The compression deformity has not been explained to me. I've been told that they can't tell how long I have had it. Any resources you can recommend for me would be appreciated. I'm confused .

We have a vibration plate, and I called the manufactuers, it is contraindicated for people who have any surgical orthopedic implants (screws and rods) as in lumbar fusion, not sure about knees or hips. I would think you would be ok to use the device unless you develop new pain, numbness etc. I don't think a compression is the same as a fracture, check with your provider.

Thank you. My PCP didn't respond to that question. Tomorrow I will call the imaging center to see if I can get an answer.

Get your imaging report. It will be clearly stated. Good luck.

The CT report said it compression deformity! I'll check again tomorrow.

Thanks for your report! Can you say that more about your former back pain?

I have low back stiffness and generalized back pain when undermedicated.

a couple of years ago i was the 4th guy helping 3 others move a brand new sauna to my 2nd floor .. Bad idea! It injured my back -- behind my right shoulder blade... it was not disabling -- and i never took meds for it because i hate meds! ... so it was just a nagging ache.... and heating pads... ice... rest... massage... didn't help long term--------------------------------

next.... back in april ... while cleaning my driveway ... i badly reinjured the area to the extent that THIS time (after 11 days of near excruciating pain) ... i went to the doctor ... he said i had a severe back sprain (after imaging) ... he wrote a script for pain killers and muscle relaxers (which i took for '2' days -- i hate meds!!! they HIDE the symptoms) ...

he also arranged for physical therapy treatment .... i went 'once' and there was nothing there that i didn't already have at my HOME (lol)

-----------------------------------

95% of the pain and tingling in my right hand.... eventually went away (couple of months)

BUT -- i did have that nagging deep soreness behind my right shoulder blade

--------------------------------

so i got a great deal on that PEMF mat ... i figured i can throw away $300 if it doesn't work

----------------------------------

i started on it daily on august 5 -- for 30 minutes, one session ...

no change in my condition until 3 days ago... because i suddenly realized... HUH? I'm not having the usual twinges of back pain??? especially after a 3 hour bike ride???

----------------------------------

day 3 -- i'm still symptom free ... that's my story

Thanks! I agree on pain meds - just masks the pain.

What is a PEMF mat?

PDWarrior1900 profile image
PDWarrior1900 in reply to Smittybear7

pulsed electro magnetic field therapy

you might want to google that and look for other comments about PEMF on this forum ...

this is what i bought (but not from Amazon)

4.5 stars from 42 buyers

amazon.com/OMI-Full-Body-Ma...

i have a link to the PEMF mat that I bought this is similar to the one that Amazon sells for around $1100.00

I bought mine for just... $300!

the seller has just '2' more... his contact info is in my post

i use it daily on program 3 at 20hertz ...for 30 minutes... in less than 3 weeks... it has CURED my 2 year persistent back/shoulder pain!

but i make no claims as to what your experience will be

Hi, my HWP goes through these bizarre flares of pain and an increase in symptoms, and then they just resolve without medication changes. Our PD MD suggest chewing up a 1/2 25/100 tablet and see if he has immediate improvement. I think when he gets stressed and poor sleep it really throws him off. Does anyone adjust PD meds due to stress or poor sleep etc or is it just better to rest and let your body recover?

park_bear profile image
park_bear in reply to Sydney75

I do adjust my Parkinson's meds according to what seems to be working best for me. I usually do so gradually - by one half a dose at a time.

Sydney75 profile image
Sydney75 in reply to park_bear

Ok thank you, do you ever reduce and go back to where you previously were in terms of meds? Thanks.

Yes, I have on more than one occasion. The most dramatic example is this one:

So pleased for you!We have just borrowed a PEMF (iMRS) by Swiss Bionic Solutions from someone with PD for whom the PEMF didn't seem to work. My HWP has been suffering with back pain which transfers down his leg into his calf and ankle (like sciatica) for many years. He is presently on fentanyl patches, having previously been on morphine. He's had a back op for spinal stenosis which made the pain worse due to scarring.

He has been using the PEMF mat 2 or 3 times a day for only 11 days. His pain has changed but not improved a great deal yet; but your post is very encouraging. However my HWP keeps forgetting to drink the full glass of water after a session so that may be the reason why he's not yet seen any improvement.

The one thing I have noticed is that his brain fog has lifted. It's as though I have more of my old husband back. He is able to talk and reason and I am able to discuss things with him and gain valuable input from him. It's wonderful - the only things different are the PEMF mat as well as adding Ceylon cinnamon to his stack. I don't know which of these two have caused the improvement so he will continue with both for the foreseeable future..........and hopefully his pain will eventually improve........I do hope so as that would be wonderful.

Thank you for posting PDWarrior 😊

There is a procedure your husband can get for scarring, it is called - Adhesiolysis is a minimally-invasive surgical procedure that breaks up adhesions (scar tissue) and treats the affected area with steroids and other medications. My HWP had a bad back (l4/l5) years before PD diagnosis. Had surgery 2 years ago, nerve pain worse and now numbness. Trying alternative treatments with pain managment to try to avoid pain meds. Have not tried Adhesiolysis, looking into it. Tried botox did not work and caused his PD symptoms to flare up. Pain just sucks, looking into the PAD, anything that brings some relief even if it brings it down a notch may be worth it. I hope he can get some pain relief.

Thank you so much for this information.I shall look into adhesiolysis but won't expect too much from the NHS

You are so right - pain just sucks!

Does he take minerals?

glenandgerry profile image
glenandgerry in reply to Smittybear7

No, not really. He was taking Emergen-c which has some trace minerals but it was becoming expensive to import into the UK from the US. He's now taking Berocca C which I don't think has much in the way of minerals

What do you recommend?

you're welcome and i hope your husband KEEPS IMPROVING!

This article addresses some of the benefits of PEMF for PD patients. It is from 2015, also discusses transcranial magnetic stimulation. I think the PEMF woud be much less costly; the second article from 2016 is about benefits of TCS treatment for specific disease is very expensive costing thousands $$.

Some of the manufacturers of the PEMF pads that use multiple frequencies and photo therapy offer a 90 refund policy. Smaller pads are available too and are less $$. It might be worth the investment as a trial.
