A question for JohntPM.
Now that is really painful and needs my wife to help with
massage
to alleviate the discomfort. Previously when she was away I had cramp in my thigh and needed medical help but was unable to get out of bed to call for help.

5 weeks post LVA surgery on left arm
I did bandaging and no strong muscle use or
massage
for 4 weeks. I saw the arm when changing bandage daily but with the ridges and wrinkles it was hard to tell how it was changed.

Cranial massage works wonders
It seems that getting the spinal fluid moving again around your body and head could be the key for recovery via cranial
massage
. She shared her story and you may contact her for more details. She is happy to help anyone who is going through the same torture post V.M.

massage

Getting back into it after injury break
Several weeks on and lots of physio exercises, and use of a
massage
stick, and I'm just about getting there with the back. Still stiff on getting out of bed, but during the day I hardly notice it - whereas a few weeks back I was taking painkillers.

Between egg collection and 5 day transfer
Or get a
massage
? Or is that off the cards? Should I exercise? Rest? Avoid sun? Eat particular food? It's a minefield 🙈 Any advise would be amazing. Thanks 😊 x

Pain relief products that I've found helpful
For example, keep the balls close together for spine or neck
massage
... or farther apart for your legs. 5) Trigger Point Massager: ... a plastic device that has a bunch of knobs on it. This allows you to target trigger points in your back or hard to reach places.

magnesium...and neuropathy
Well, a cannot believe the difference when I
massage
magnesium into my foot at night. If I don't do it the pain is severe - so it MUST be helping. Discussion anyone?

Remedies for GAD
I have tried acupuncture,
massage
therapy, and yoga. I really feel as though they help me get through the day. I've noticed, a lot of the time, if I get the blood flowing, I have a much better day.

I overdid it!
I had a
massage
this eve, and she said that she thinks I've just run on it for too long when I was tired - which is true because I did my first Park Run and ran for longer than I'd ever done before. The pain is the muscle telling me to slow it down.

Physical therapy helps as does hot stone
massage
and doing nothing. Netflix, Amazon and On Demand movies help the time pass. Stand up comedy is a great distraction.I am mostly doing me. Me, me, me will get dull, dull, dull but just not yet.

At a loss!
Now the crunch is physio, which my first session was deep tissue
massage
, within 40mins after leaving I was shaking and vomiting from more pain than prior, so second time to the phsio, my doctor told me to advice him of what happened and to not perform deep tissue
massage
, so we did limited exercise

Just started week 2 and have a big, painful problem.
I've tried stretches,
massage
, and trigger point therapy with a roller. Both ankles are still so sore to even walk in and my knees are starting to hurt too and I'm not doing anything.

Update on the Vibrams
My left heel is still sensitive, but doesn't hurt - let's say I'm very aware of it and notice every "
massage
" from every stone, root or rock. I try to run on soft ground, or smooth tarmac. I still think I'm a heel striker, but the faster cadence helps avoid problems and I'm working on my form.

Stocking rucking up behind knee
Only had compression stocking for about a week and that plus a few exercises and
massage
are making a difference (plus slightly cooler weather). However, I am finding that the stocking keeps rucking up behind my knee and feeling uncomfortable there.
