I overdid it!

I've been forced to rest since the weekend with a sore knee. I had a massage this eve, and she said that she thinks I've just run on it for too long when I was tired - which is true because I did my first Park Run and ran for longer than I'd ever done before. The pain is the muscle telling me to slow it down. I will go back to intervals as she suggested to build up the strength before attempting another Park Run. Was very disappointed but realise that I have worked too hard and that makes me feel good. Now I just have to learn to work enough but not too hard! 👍
