Endo and neuropathic pain
I have Reiki and
massage
which at least relaxes me. Has anyone got any tips on how I can help myself? I have a stressful full time job and am struggling at the moment. Thanks 😀

My lovely mum is deteriorating quickly. Any guidance appreciated.
As much as I tried to gently
massage
her hands, I could not loosen them. It's worse as she has wedding rings on which I could not remove. Also she kept saying that she couldn't see.

Back to the beginning
After a
massage
I had a practice run on the treadmill (1 1/2 minutes run, 1 minute walk). I now need to repeat that run outside and increase my running time as the pain reduces. For my first run I used the app and did W2R1 and today I did W3R1. Both runs were fine.

Hi I've seen a few members post that they have
massage
for their LO. Is this something youve arranged privately or has a health professional arranged? I think Mum would benefit from this alot now as stiffness and spasms are becoming worse and worse.

Side effects of Duoresp Spiromax Inhaler
I had to get out of bed and stand on my feet and
massage
them gently till the terrible pain subdided. In March 2018 the cramps in the feet became more frequent. I visited my GP and explained the symptoms.

So I have been looking into endo focused
massage
, mainly for pain at the moment I would like to conceive eventually but no doubt I'll need assistance there too. Just wanted to know if anyone else has given it a go and how were your experiences?

Frankincense Oil
There are lots of suppliers of oil that can be used in
massage
or diffusers, but it would be tragic if I died of frankincense poisoning while treating my cancer. I know it can be ingested, but need the name of a recommended brand.

Massage whilst on Warfarin?
I wondered if anyone has had a
massage
whilst on warfarin? I have Hughes Syndrome and my INR range is 3.5 - 4.5. My GP was unsure and thought I may get bruised. I think the
massage
would help with my muscle and joint pain and would like to give it a try 🙂

OA and Degenerative disc disease
I have spent thousands on chiropractic treatments and for last year or so, have seen a sports injury
massage
therapist weekly (35 a week) in order to try and get some relief. To no avail sadly.

Update on my massage Monday
First I had my chiro appointment and then had my
massage
. It felt so good. I had just the upper body
massage
because my neck has been really bothering me lately and it has been AT LEAST 3 years since I had my first one.

I got out there!! Update from the IC
I had a 1.5hr sports
massage
yesterday and my lovely lady managed to straighten me back up so hopefully no more limping and hobbling just ordinary careful walking now 🤞 week 3 on Monday and back to normal working hours too. Feels so good to do what I CAN do even if I can't do what I WANT to.

Whooshing sounds / sensations in my head - Vasculitis or Carotid Artery problems - it’s not Pulsatile Tinnitus
In March, whilst having a neck
massage
in Bali, the masseur lifted and turned my head to the right and I immediately got a dizzy spell. It subsided when she turned my head back to the centre.

Migraines, Vision trouble and neck swelling
Seperately I have had these neck lumps for 6-8 months, I dismissed them thinking it was maybe from a cold but I have had them for so long and a friend was giving me a shoulder
massage
and found a large, hard lump there that wasn't a knot (which I thought it was. I attached pictures of my neck.
