Watsu water massage.

Has anyone had a watsu water massage. I have SLE, EDS and chronic pain. I've heard its good but I am concerned about over stretching my joints and muscles etc.

Anyone got any experience of this?

I've just had to google this because it's not a therapy I've heard of before. Have you asked your doctor what they may think? I'm not medically qualified, so I can't say whether it will be safe for you or not, but I imagine it could be a good therapy for someone with joint and/or muscle pain. We often talk about the benefits of swimming and aqua aerobics. I'd see what your doctor says and also discuss your diagnosis with a certified practitioner before trying it.
