proof I have been restricted on ADHD
I’m not paranoid they really have restricted me! I have tried to contact the admin but no reply. I suspect my crime is suggesting natural therapies such as changing diet for eg 7 year olds and to question giving them antidepressants at such a young age before trying changing diet and exercise. Here

LENS Neurofeedback Low Energy Neurofeedback System update.
I have had agoraphobia for the past 4 1/2 years. What has helped me may not be available in your area. It is called LENS Neurofeedback. LENS stands for Low Energy Neurofeedback System. It is different from traditional Neurofeedback in that it introduces a low current into your brain rather than just

panic attacks
I have panic attacks every morning. I lie down for hours. It has gotten to be a habit. they say to face the fear but I’m not able to. I feel anxious all day. I have tried many medications but none have helped. Clonazepam helps a little and mirtazapine for sleep

My boy
Coming home in January. I can't wait to see him. I got him a dog I know he'll love after our whippet died he swore he'd never want another dog. It's the XL bully that's making the news weekly, giving them a bad name because of a few gang members who used them to protect their stash. Dumping them when

hello darkness
I come now feeling depressed and defeated. I feel mostly sad than mad. I am angry about life. I had enough of people breaking my heart, by leaving me to start their new life as an adult. I am hurting deeply. Just as a background about me, I have high functioning autism, bipolar 2, and have suicidal thoughts

Nausea & Buprenorphine
I am waiting for my doctor to advise on an alternative anti nausea drug and to get him to prescribe sublingual Zofran. I have completed, without any success, the prescription the GP gave me for 5 days of Zofran and I am currently really struggling with the nausea 24 hours a day (milder during day though

Let’s Talk Intrusive Thoughts
Happy Thursday everyone! Has anyone else been diagnosed with having obsessive/intrusive thoughts? I am working with my therapist on this, but it is so hard to hear that this is what’s going on. I know we’ll work on regaining control of my thoughts, but I feel like I have no control right now and I feel

Feeling very not like myself, feeling like I can't control my thoughts during panic attacks. I want to go back to normal, what should I do?
I (20F) have always had anxiety, it is primarily situational and has never lasted more than a day, it was way worse when I was a kid but I've learned how to deal with it and control it more as an adult. fast-forward to now I've moved to college and have been doing pretty well so far (school and being

Buprenorphine
Good Morning, I wondered if anyone could help with the following. I have had a call from my GP asking me to go in to see him about a couple of Liver Blood Tests I have had recently which show elevated SERUM GAMMA GT and ALT/SGPT serum levels. I want to be prepared in case he says that the Buprenorphine

what meds worked for any of you out there with gad and depression? And have you used cbt or act therapy?
I will be talking to someone about medication for my gad and depression, but , I wanted to hear from anyone that has it as to what works for them ? And preferably something with fewer side effects . I would like to try something to help until therapy . Hoping to do cbt or Act therapy and that it can

Trying to arrange something through the Post Office. It's online and I can't represent my condition properly and there's no phone number.Basically my diagnosis to date is Paroxysmal Tachycardia Type Unknown. The PO don't allow that as an option, closest was Paroxysmal AF. So far my Cardiologist is saying

I have been diagnosed with slow colonic transit after having all the usual bowel investigations. I have been suffering suffering from chronic constipation for several years. I have been taking Prucalopride for almost a month but unfortunately it has made no difference. My consultant has recommended

Good Morning Monday People
Good morning all, I haven't posted in a while since getting my ESA and starting EMDR. I've experienced a lot of improvement and have adjusted well to the Citalopram which leaves me feeling more alive than the Sertraline I was on. I've been feeling contemplative lately about motivation. What are some

Clonidine - success with RLS anyone?
Evening team I have a query. As some of you may remember I was prescribed Buprenorphine two years ago by a neurologist for my restless limbs. I have a feeling I may have asked this question before, maybe not in one of my posts, (can't remember!) Does anyone out there take Clonidine for RLS? if

I'm so tired of these tension headaches which are causing anxiety to hit the roof. I hope it's nothing wrong with my brain🤷🏻
Been getting them although my CAT scan was normal but I have always been suffering from GAD and PTSD that I have been clinically diagnosed with. Are anyone going through this too? Please let me know it will help me feel better

Medicinal cannabis?
As well as PBC I have fibromyalgia and complex PTSD. I’ve also been experiencing some major and unusual anxiety and depression in perimenopause, different from prior experiences of anxiety and depression. I saw a new GP today and he was suggesting medicinal cannabis which has been found to help many
