update on rls treatment

Gp has put me on 20mg Norspan patches and I am having acupunture and reflexology as well. Shumbah has suggested applying the sesame oil on troublesome leg....I have started that and will keep you informed....I have only been doing it for a week, but I think it is having some effect. The tugging, pulling electric jabs are always there but the patch and oil is making it livable....I want to wake up in the morning at the moment.

Hello! I'm not sure if you have tried this or not, but 2 of my friends and my mother all had restless leg syndrome. My mother's got so bad they even removed the veins in her legs to try and alleviate her symptoms... Don't try that, wasn't affective at all and caused other problems... Anyways, my friend heard on the show "The Doctor's" an old home remedy from back in the day. She tried it and with in a week her life was changed. She them spread the word and my other friend, my mother and other acquaintances we know all now swear by it!

Take a bar of soap, zest seems to work the best as well as Irish spring, shave several pieces off the bar and put these pieces between your mattress and the fitted sheet spreading them in the area of where your legs and feet rest at night.

That's it... Literally, that's it! Within a week you should see a significant difference. Change the shaved soap pieces once a month.

I hope if you try this it works as well for you as it has for my loved ones. 🦋🙏🦋 Namaste
