I have recently been diagnosed with major depressive disorder and was hospitalized as a result. I am having a difficult time believing that things will ever be better or normal again. Is there anyone who can give me hope for a better future. I’m so lost today

I've been diagnosed with anxiety disorder, ADHD and Major Depressive disorder...I'm in medications like escitalopram,Aripiprazole and Methylphenidate hydrochloride but still there's not much improvements...what to do now?
