My experience with Paxlovid
Further, my PCP recommended I get on Zinc and
magnesium
, and purchase a finger pulse oxymeter, to keep an eye on my oxygen level. Ordered all on line and had them the next day. If nothing else, when the numbers look good it gives you a positive feeling about the experience.

Any suggestions on how to battle fear?
I have read that
magnesium
is suggested for anxiety, so I started at 500mg per day and ended up in an awful mess of cramps & nausea. How does one find the courage to get through each new day? Thank you for listening.

Foods trigger dystonia?
I know sugar depletes
magnesium
, which I take everyday, so maybe I was really low on
magnesium
. No more rice products for me. Anyone else have foods that trigger inflammation ?

Morley Robbins magnesium man, his theory on degenerative brain/ most diseases, what's your opinion on this theory.

Magnesium
is a given, it's the iron I'm concerned about.

Omeprazole
If you take omeprazole for more than 3 months, the levels of
magnesium
in your blood may fall. Low
magnesium
can make you feel tired, confused, dizzy and cause muscle twitches, shakiness and an irregular heartbeat. If you get any of these symptoms, tell your doctor.

Return to big brother house
Still got the foot drop, went to the Neurophysiology and everything came back satisfactory. one thing is that I am starting to get muscle cramps in my hands and legs, question is can I take
magnesium
supplement whilst on Preds to counter attack the cramps.

Timings of medications
I am on sinemet 100/25 tds, selegiline, zinc, vit d, vit b1, coq 10, SAME, resveratrol, mucuna,
magnesium
n pramipexole of which I take mg n pramipexole at night. I don’t take mucuna every day but for the rest, is there any ideal time? Like dopamine should be taken empty stomach before meals..

Eating tip
for those who can’t eat too much. I recommend a smoothie first thing in the morning. my smoothie contains: fresh blueberries, fresh strawberries, lime or lemon juice, honey and milk. I also alternate between banana’s and avocado. hope this helps someone.

Change in Troponin T level - should I worry?
Had some dizziness now and than, and felt awkward (might by my health anxiety was amplifying the symptoms as well)
2021 march
- ,went back to the cardiologist, who did ECG and Ultrasound again, said nothing to worry about, take
magnesium
and potassium.

Alcoholic Mother
They kept her in hospital in the gastroenterology ward and she was on a drip of vitamins and then potassium and
magnesium
. She became very confused while in hospital, and one of the nurses said this was a symptom of withdrawal.

Latest results and some advice please.
The only supplements I’ve been taking are vitamin D3 2000,
magnesium
glycinate, and vitamin K2 MK7. I stopped them 2 weeks before the test. Not sure if the
magnesium
is the right one or if the strength is right for me. I’m on a gluten and dairy free diet since last year and have lost 37lb.
