Concerned Wife
Yesterday I paid for a video gp appointment and they sent him to our local hospital where he had extensive tests including iron levels, dehydration, ecg,
magnesium
, b12, white blood cells and various other blood tests. He also had a drip in case he was dehydrated.

Safe to take Gabapentin for life?
His diet is very good/healthy, he takes supplements to support legs (b12,
magnesium
, vit d, omega 3, turmeric), P.E.A. as recommended by functional med dr., and plenty of water. Occasional MM use for help with sleep and pain. No alcohol, no nicotine, no sugar. Sorry for the very long post.

Thank you for the vitamins advice
However I know if I get back onto my regime - 75mcg Levo, mega probiotics, b12(1000ug), vit D (4000iu) folate (400mg) and
magnesium
spray, I should hopefully get back to feeling myself again.

Are Leg cramps a symptom of FND or something else?
I have had
magnesium
, CK, lipids & thyroid (on levothyroxine) checked too and all within range. Would be interesting to hear of anyone else that suffers cramps and get some info ahead of seeing GP. TIA

Ferritin low.... what's happening here?
I followed all the invaluable blood test protocol advice from this site and since my results last year have been taking Thorne Basic B, D3, K2-Mk7,
magnesium
chloride spray and eating Brazil nuts daily (the ones grown in selenium rich soil .... another useful forum tip!)

Endo regrowth after failed IVF
I’ve taken ibuprofen and Zapain, used warm compress and topical creams with
magnesium
and I’m at a loss. I can’t sleep properly and it makes me want to scream. Could this all be a sign that my endo has started to regrow?

looking for tips
I’ve done calcium/
magnesium
, iron supplements taken with orange juice, stretching, hot baths before bed, mirapex and lyrica. It’s daily and nothing helps. Looking for avenues that I’ve never tried. And yes, light exercise in the evening.

atrial, fibrillation, and electrolyte imbalances
I’ve been reading this morning that
magnesium
is very important (many atrial fibrillation people may lack
magnesium
)., and this is a key ingredient of Rennies… Some of the research, I have been reading suggests that the ratio between calcium and
magnesium
is very important, but I am reluctant to go

Hopefully, a few more days rest will help, along with some gentle stretches and

Why am I afraid to go to the bathroom?
I know what to eat, what not to eat - and I have eliminated Miralax, etc. from my regime, altho I take
Magnesium
, Senna, and probiotics every morning - and 2 glasses of water prior to my breakfast and before coffee.
