RLS medication side effects
Although I still had nights where my RLS was worse I've never been able to attribute it to any food or drink.A physiotherapist suggested I try
Magnesium
which I did but
Magnesium
Citrate, still things seemed a bit better.

magnesium
combined patches once a week, but have started vit d drops in coconut oil too. So fed up .

Continued success with Vitamin B1
I still take a multivitamin, a vitamin d and a
magnesium
tablet on a morning as well as 64mg of iron on an evening before bed. I did also sometimes use a
magnesium
spray but have not needed to for a good month or so.

Hypo after all?
K2 MK-7 and 444mg
magnesium
citrate every evening, so the high Vit. D is not surprising) I don’t know what the high Gamma GT result might mean, but to me, a raised TSH with low FT4, folate and B12 suggest hypothyroidism. Any thoughts on this would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Parkinson’s: A friend asked for advice to give a friend
d) Start
magnesium
, B complex, etc. per book. Don’t take any other supplements until after few months at sweet-spot. e) After noting symptoms, giving suggested supplements time to work,
start High Dose Thiamine (HDT
), re-noting symptoms.

Help changing from nighttime Levo to morning please.
Hello.I am currently taking my 75mg of Levo at night but I find it's keeping me awake and it's interfering with when I take my
magnesium
so I'm thinking of taking it in the morning instead but I'm not sure how I do that.

B1 therapy
After trying 500mg of B1 for about 2wks, I decided to stop and instead try a B complex and
magnesium
for a while before starting back on B1. I’ve now been taking a B complex every day that has 50mg of B1 and 2mg of B6, along with an extended release capsule of 250mg
magnesium
every 3 days.

Please help with advice on Levo dose and vitamin levels.
Also how can I tell if I'm taking enough
magnesium
without doing a blood test. I currently take 3
magnesium
bisglycinate ( not near the Levo ) totalling 240mg and a little
magnesium
spray. I take it to help with sleep and muscles and and pains.
