Woke up this morning getting loads of skipped beats, still happening.
Mine always come when my stomach is gurgly???
Last November I was hospitalised for them going mad and put on meds. Been NONE since then - until today????
Been taking bisoprolol morning and night as well as diazepam. Plus lots of other - B12, magnesium etc
So back to the panic today - before they stopped I was getting them every day for 20 years but not many. The last six months have been soooooo good - feeling not scared - living for once.
Can’t face going back to being panicked all the time and not going anywhere….
Don’t know what changed!

I am a member of a heart support group on Facebook, lots of people have thesame issues and no one really knows why. It's very discouraging. It almost sounds like it's related to stomach issues, do you have a hiatal hernia? Have you been under any extra stress? Sometimes nothing causes the darn things, they just happen. I hope they calm down for you soon.
I do have a particularly noisy stomach but no hernia. Have had 8 kids so it’s been stretched somewhat - although it’s not fat🤣
Doc said this morning to take a lunchtime dose of beta blocker and diazepam - got ECG and bloods too but precautionary I think.
Don’t see why I’m taking sooooo many pills if they don’t work
Hi! I would like to know how you are doing now? Hopefully much better. 🙏 any word about your test? I have suffered for 7 years eptopics and flutters. Stomach acids really seem to get mine up. Stress. Hate the things.
Had ECG and bloods this morning - precautionary I hope. Taking extra meds and seems to have calmed again a little.. Can only put it down to one night of no sleep? Surely it wouldn’t make me poorly for 4 days. I’m not that old
I definitely get more when stomach is not quite right, in the past it has been so awful I have to stand still and not move. If I move slightly I can feel something in my stomach moving as if there is loads of liquid in there sloshing around even if I haven't just had a drink. It then sets the palps off. It is really frightening, but I found on one occasion just sitting still for a while and then eating and having a drink my stomach settled and then the palps went away. Have you seen this link, it might help. drsanjayguptacardiologist.c...
Yes, this sounds like Roemheld Syndrome which I have 100%. You may also like to look at electrohypersensitivity (EHS) which I also have 100%. I believe my EHS makes me vulnerable to ectopics, stomach and oesophagus are the triggers. I have had up to 25,000 a day. Look at videos from Dr Erica Mallery-Blythe, a reputable source.
