Please help with advice on Levo dose and vitamin levels.
Also how can I tell if I'm taking enough
magnesium
without doing a blood test. I currently take 3
magnesium
bisglycinate ( not near the Levo ) totalling 240mg and a little
magnesium
spray. I take it to help with sleep and muscles and and pains.

Can of worms
I supplement with vitamin D, B12,
Magnesium
, vitamin C and Omega 3. I am very petite at 5 foot one inch and weighing 47 kilos. Recently I had a blood test and all was fine apart from my GP almost having a heart attack regarding my suppressed TSH. She insisted I reduce my T4 by 25mcgs.

getting a diagnosis
They were going to keep him in and try
magnesium
but decided 95 was good enough. It’s been 2 weeks and he still coughs , can’t sing so is getting depressed about his future.

It then got worse and I now suffer with pain across my shoulders at night aswell as in my legs, I upped my dose to 200 mg, I also take

Update on rls
He recommended that I still continue with iron biglycinate 20mg at night and
magnesium
malate, or a good multivitamin with these in it.

It felt like Levothyroxine was poisoning me :(
The supplements were B12, Zinc, Vit C, Vit D,
Magnesium
, an a Centrum multi vitamin for over 50's men. Brand names of the Levothyroxine the last few prescriptions have been a mix of Teva & Accord. Below are the test results as my Levothyroxine were increased.

Switching to NDT or adding T3?
I'm also taking a B-complex (one recommended on here),
magnesium
, vit D, zinc, selenium. I am also trying to conceive. I weigh about 60kg. I think I need to raise my T3. It's never been this low, usually it's around 4 or 5, and my T4 is always around 16, even after dose increases.
