weird prickling
It has KSM-66® Ashwagandha 300mg L-Theanine 50mg Lavender 225mg Chamomile 250mg
Magnesium
50mg Glycine 995mg I started taking Ginko 30mg as well Even though it’s just a herbal drink I worry I shouldn’t bother. But it can’t understand the prickling, has anyone had this.

Of course, I'm taking every supplement that might help bones, so vit D, K2,
magnesium
, berberine, nattokinase (just as of recently,) boron...the list is long. Some of these are supposed to also be good for things like insulin resistance, clogged arteries, etc., so bonus.

Minerals - Zinc, Magnesium & Selenium results
(See picture of results) I’m thinking my Zinc &
Magnesium
are not optimal as they’re quite low on the scale. My selenium is high so I’ll cut back on the Brazil nuts for a bit

Bowel inflammation - any link to PMR/GCA?
I tried cutting out
magnesium
, omeprazole and AA, all with no effect, though I have now stopped the AA completely. I know AA stays in the body for some years, so still suspect it as being the cause. My GP referred me to gastroenterology, appointment was this week.

Update on my journey of elimination
All my vits/minerals are optimal, I worked so hard to get these high in ranges, vit D, B12, folate, iron,
magnesium
, Right now I'm going on less Armour more Thybon T3. Its not smooth, but expected, since T3 in Thybon is not the same as in Armour. Armour is definitely more longlasting.

I weaned myself off of Lexapro, exercise daily, have almost eliminated caffeine and sugar, take
magnesium
and soak my feet in a
magnesium
salt bath at bedtime. Most of these help sone but none help completely.

Combined supplements
Hi, does anyone have experience of taking a supplement that contains Vit D3, Vit K2, calcium, copper,
magnesium
, manganese, selenium, zinc and boron? It seems a nice option just taking one tablet a day, but is it actually more advisable to take things separately?
