Decided to try Sweet Bee magnesium butter as supposed to help sleep and RLS. Rub it on soles of feet, legs plus forehead( my idea!). First night woke with RLS...since then really helped and no RLS during the night. Not cheap...£31 inc postage but only use small amount. May be worth a try?? I'm not on any meds for RLS.

You can make your own magnesium lotion.Half and half by volume of magnesium sulphate salts (epsom salts in pharmacy) and water.

Mix them together and store in a container.

Rub the lotion on the legs or wherever, and leave on for 20 minutes.

Some people may experience a slight stinging ,so it can be washed off, if that happens.

Magnesium is absorbed best by the body from the skin.

You're welcome!🤪

this could be fairly cheap to make. I currently make my own foot butter wi the beeswax, shea butter, peppermint, lavender and tea tree oils. I also make magnesium

I also make magnesium Oil separately from magnesium chloride sale mixed with water and put in a spray bottle.

Both can be made much more cheaply from ingredients bought on Amazon. I wander if your product is a combination of the two.

I've often wondered about making a cream/ butter mix. Thanks for the tip.

happy to share my recipe if you would like. I have step by step instruction I use to make foot lotion bars with a ladies retreat group a couple of months ago

I'm sure many others would love that, if you would like to put it up on this conversation..

If not ,then just pm me, and I'll keep it mum!😝
