My Labs are back- recommendations pretty please.
So I am currently taking a
Magnesium
Complex and 1mg Lunesta. This works one day and then not the next…RLS with me is very hit or miss. Up walking around doing balance exercises at 0200 in morn…. I eat healthy, exercise and take care of myself.

Could it be B12 deficiency?
I also began taking 1200mcg B12 oral spray, B complex (no B12 or folate), D3 with K2 spray and 3 in 1
magnesium
. Initially I felt a bit better but have now slipped back so I am now wondering if I could have developed a B12 deficiency.

I am not taking any other drugs for RLS apart from
magnesium
and the very occasional Zopiclone. I take Apixaban for Atrial fibrillation.

Advice on non-medication treatment of RLS required
I am very reluctant to take any medication but it has been suggested that, since ferretin tests have shown appropriate levels for an RLS sufferer, I might benefit from
magnesium
supplements. Has anyone had experience of using B12/
magnesium
compound, either together or separately?

Persistent UTI's, appears only with sexual activity without protection
He gave me a very long treatment for stones with potassium chloride, and I take
magnesium
every day. I also saw an infectious disease specialist, he sent me a combined treatment of amikacin, plus ciprofloxacin and nitrofurantoin, the latter for 3 months. I also consulted a nephrologist.

Tired all the time
I take a lot of supplements (calcium, D3, folate, complex B,
magnesium
glycinate, heme iron),
the only value that was low was ferritin
but I do take iron. I also take Novothyral, which is 100 mcg T4 and 20 mcg T3.

Is magnesium glycinate or magnesium L-threonate is the best type of magnesium to take?
Magnesium
glycinate or
magnesium
L-threonate!! Does anybody have experience with either of them?. I would like to know which one would be more suitable for addressing my
magnesium
deficiency and supporting my overall health. Also suggest some best brands.
