I’m looking for a recommendation for a
magnesium
supplement. What brands would you recommend? I’d like to take a mix of the different forms to cover all bases but just don’t know if there’s a trusted brand with you. Thanks in advance.

back spasm, can anything be done?
e.g take
magnesium
? something topical? thanks question 2, what pain medication have you used? i guess it'll be up to the prescribing doctor, but people here often have extra knowledge and tips

Parkinson's may progress more overnight - what do you use to help you get a good night sleep?
I believe
magnesium
is supposed to help. I've been taking
magnesium
-L-threonate, which I have read is one of the better forms of
magnesium
for getting into the brain.

About Olanzapine
I tried
magnesium
as well and no screen time or using night filters for screen. I do not take any caffeine. I am 15 months pp and struggling with feeling low and depressed whatever I can call this. I also have intrusive thoughts which stopped for a while but now are back again.

Swallowing difficulty, have to chew meds.
My
magnesium
capsule is the size of a suppository 🤣 and I can swallow that without a problem. It's just the tiny T4 and T3. No matter how much water I take to help "whoosh" them through, they still won't go down properly.

Side Effects Of Mannitol in Levothyroxine
There is no lactose but there is also
magnesium
stearate which I have taken in vitamins before and had the same problem so could it be MANNITOL or
MAGNESIUM
STEARATE or both?? I dont suppose there is a brand that doesnt contain these ingredients or lactose?? Long shot I know! Thanks :-)

PLMD during daytime?
I've started to take
magnesium
for about a month now but no improvement. I did some research and it seems like I'm experiencing PMLD in wakefulness, which may not be that common since these movements appear mostly when sleeping. Has anyone else experienced these?

Bad RLS.
Luckily I didn't have another episode of RLS for over 2 years, I was taking ferrous sulfate and
magnesium
tablets and I thought that must have sorted it.

How I reduced my RLS symptoms to Zero.
-Hawthorn berry or
magnesium
to stop rls immediately in an emergency but it eventually you wont need it. I saw had miserable RLS for 15 years and not even the famous DR. B,(you know who I’m talking about) could help me.

Phosphorous questions
I do MiraLAX and stool softeners and
magnesium
200mg daily. Since I backed off on the binder, the constipation went away. I totally watch what I consume and even got rid of my daily oatmeal. I am sure they will try to tell me to do more dialysis.

Dr order Bloods and they all came back normal except
Magnesium
and potassium and I think Folate? for which i took a course of meds. The Potassium and Folate seemed to become back in normal range but the
magnesium
was still a problem.

Carbimazole and cramps update
Since my last post about my severe cramps, they seem to have subsided since introducing
magnesium
citrate into my daily vitamin intake as suggested by several contributors. I am due to see my Endo team next week so had the blood test they had requested done today.
