First ever Medichecks Advanced Thyroid Test
Hello lovely folks, I've had my first ever Medichecks Advanced Thyroid Test and would really appreciate your views on next steps. The TSH result would indicate I need to increase levo, also I'm concerned at high CRP and antibodies! Plus I don't think I convert T4 to T3 very well. Your thoughts are very

Sublingual Tiamine B1, shaky and jittery?
Hi friends! I have been taking high dose Thiamine for a few years, now. I started with capsules, usually 4000mg per day. Then I switched to sublingual. First thing I noticed was my hypertension completely resolved and I was able to successfully eliminate the two blood pressure meds I was on. So thats

Can anyone advise when is the best time to take magnesium? I currently take Ferrous Fumarate in the morning on an empty stomach with a glass of orange juice. With breakfast I take 75 mg Sertraline plus Vitamin B complex and Vitamin D. At lunchtime I take Thyroxine as it has to be taken 4 hours apart

HRT and magnesium supplements
Hi I’m new on here. I’m taking oestrogel 1-2 pumps in the morning, and one progesterone capsule at night. I’m increasingly frequently waking up in the night and I’m exhausted. Have tried other HRT types which made me feel mad and wild so I want to stick with this. Friends have recommended magnesium

My response to WinnieThePoo.
"You are sure it's [ALS/PD/AD] a toxic syndrome? Can you describe a mechanism of action for the disease process? You are sure it's not diet? Or stress? Of course you are sure. But unlikely to offer a viable solution to share. Meanwhile, those less blinkered [blinded by tunnel vision] research solutions

All new to me!
I came across this group by sheer accident I wasn’t looking for advice re the medication I was taking but after reading the posts I’m now worried about it all. I was on 0.5mg Advartel Ropinerole (which was working absolutely fine for me, honestly gave me my life back after 10 years of not knowing

Thyroid, Hair Loss and Magnesium
Good Morning! If anyone could give me alittle I would be very grateful. I have high blood pressure and was pre diabetic which I now have under control, but read that magnesium was very good for both, hence started to take it. I didnt realise though that magnesium can impede some medications to my horror

Magnesium cream, the wonder fix!
Last week I ran the Cardiff HM. I had an ongoing Achilles niggle, so took it very easy. Actually that was a great strategy, there was so much fun nearer the back! And I ran alongside someone wearing a unicorn outfit. Haven't laughed so much in a race! The achilles was sore the following day, so going

Pulsating feeling in lower leg
I have recently become aware of a pulsating feeling in my lower leg , it almost feels as if it is bubbling under the skin , in my calf and ankle . Is this a normal pulse as it has only been happening for the past 2 weeks ? Do not want to go to my GP if I can help it as it takes around 3 weeks just to

Daughter's symptoms
I'm really quite worried about my 25 yr old daughter and she has given permission for me to post her results. She has had really quite bad fatigue for 10 years and will just drop asleep any time of the day as she is so tired. She doesn't have an overly stressful job but does have some digestion issues

My story of my 23 year battle with Pca.
I have decided to share this with the group because yesterday a guy shared his fear. In no way should you take any of this as a suggestion for treatment or refusal of treatment. I was diagnosed with Pca Gleason 3+3 July 13 2000 ar the age of 49. When the Dr. gave me the results I started sweating profusely

getting a diagnosis
my son had persistent dry cough as a child, no inhalers worked but he never saw a specialist. A course of oral steroids sorted him out for a good while. He is now 23 and a professional singer, classically trained but suffers with reflux, persistent cough, and gets every virus on his chest. Recently
