Just purchased some cardiovascular research ltd magnesium taurate and I’m wondering what peoples experiences with either with this specific brand or others alike? Post ablation and struggling with the amount of ectopics so hoping this will ease them

Sleep is complicated or perhaps not so much
I am 61 and have had various issues with insomnia. In many ways now I have less of a problem than I had previously, but I have learnt a lot and I now take quite a range of supplements that enable me to handle sleep issues so at times I am no longer tired during the day. I have joined this forum to see

Help needed to understand blood results please
Hi All, I wrote a post several weeks ago with regards to being diagnosed with Graves' Disease 23 years ago and undergoing radioactive iodine 6 years later. I have been on 175mcg levothyroxine daily indefinitely since then but a year ago I was diagnosed with anaemia (reduced mean cell volume of red cells

Trying so hard to feel normal - overhauling the supplement plan
Hi 🙂, Just meanderings of a tired brain today. Hoping I'm not the only one on this wave-length. Some days with endo are really tough, and some are deceptively "easy" like today, where I end up asking myself why I "can't feel normal". Stage IV endo is where I'm at, waiting for Tuesday for the recommendation

Red light Therapy for rls
I am 75 and have had quite bad rls for about ten years. For three weeks I have continued to take high dose magnesium (600 mg) plus shining my Beurer IL 50 infrared heat lamp on my legs for 8 minutes every second night. This takes rls symptoms away. Is this a placebo effect or is there some solid science

New member not diagnosed.
Hello everyone, I'm a new member here who's spent the last couple weeks researching liver disease, reading your stories, trying to prepare myself for what I may have to look forward to. A little back story. I'm a 38 year old disabled combat veteran. I sustained a traumatic brain injury while in Iraq

24 hr urine test
Hi, I am a 53 year old female. Just had a 24hr urine test that came up with some out of range results. Phosphate concentration came up low: result 9.8 mmol/L, normal range 11-44 mmol/L, but the total phosphate per day was normal at 22.5 mmol/day within the range of 11-45 mmol/day. Is the low concentration

Magnesium
Can anyone please point me in the direction of a magnesium supplement or way of taking it which won’t upset my stomach? If I don’t take any I have tingling in my fingers after a couple of days and when I do I have crippling epigastric pain. Thank you.

Investigating the Influence of Excipients on the Stability of Levothyroxine Sodium Pentahydrate
There has been a tiny rivulet of papers questioning the formulation of levothyroxine products. Time and again, the papers identify problems with excipients of which a large proportion of real products contain at least one. I'm sure it is not the entire picture. But this rivulet has been flowing for

Packing the weight on with Armour mixed with Levothyroxine
I also take
magnesium
citrate
in the evenings, and I don’t consume lactose (gluten does not seem to affect me). Has anyone else experienced weight gain with Armour? It is very expensive, so it is disappointing that despite feeling well on it, I have weight gain and often a bad back (stiff muscles).
