Now for something completely different

I am experiencing incredibly painful foot leg and hand cramps during the night and can't sleep as I'm continuously flying out of the bed and pacing the floor. Does anyone else have this. I went to boots and the pharmacist said because you are on diuretics you are deficient in things. She recommended

Major issues with sleep and waking up in the morning.
Hey everyone! I'm back for more advice. My 16 year old ADHD son has the worst time getting up in the morning. I wake him up about 4 times before I leave which ends with me snatching the covers off of him and sometimes squirting him in the face with a water bottle. He has an old school GM alarm clock

My HWP, diagnosed 30 years ago, DBS 18 years ago, has been going through a very difficult period with his PD for the past 3 months. His knees keep collapsing and his 'offs' have become very bad. I am having to lift him from his falls and helping him get out of his chair, bed etc. This has been a real

RLS returned after taking Duloxetine
Had RLS for many years, associated with Fibromyalgia. Having taken Amitriptylene, Nortriptyline , Pregabalin for my Fibro, my RLS has been under control. Recently started taking Duloxetine to help my Fibro and my RLS has returned with a vengeance. I get very little sleep, as soon as my head hits pillow

First ever Medichecks Advanced Thyroid Test
Hello lovely folks, I've had my first ever Medichecks Advanced Thyroid Test and would really appreciate your views on next steps. The TSH result would indicate I need to increase levo, also I'm concerned at high CRP and antibodies! Plus I don't think I convert T4 to T3 very well. Your thoughts are very

Sublingual Tiamine B1, shaky and jittery?
Hi friends! I have been taking high dose Thiamine for a few years, now. I started with capsules, usually 4000mg per day. Then I switched to sublingual. First thing I noticed was my hypertension completely resolved and I was able to successfully eliminate the two blood pressure meds I was on. So thats

magnesium
Can anyone advise when is the best time to take magnesium? I currently take Ferrous Fumarate in the morning on an empty stomach with a glass of orange juice. With breakfast I take 75 mg Sertraline plus Vitamin B complex and Vitamin D. At lunchtime I take Thyroxine as it has to be taken 4 hours apart

HRT and magnesium supplements
Hi I’m new on here. I’m taking oestrogel 1-2 pumps in the morning, and one progesterone capsule at night. I’m increasingly frequently waking up in the night and I’m exhausted. Have tried other HRT types which made me feel mad and wild so I want to stick with this. Friends have recommended magnesium
