Taking a magnesium supplement - any dependencies with other drugs?
After some research I have decided to add a magnesium supplement, to hopefully help with the muscle weakness in my legs. I’ve now got the supplement, but am not certain whether I need to take my dose at a particular time of day for best effect, or not take it with any of my other drugs. The others I

Blood results from Rant thread
I had most of the results back today. The GP is a "registrar" and undergoing training in a speciality. He should choose something not customer facing! Apparently the Magnesium, Creatinine and something else was "broken". There was only one tube of blood so it happened in the lab... They want me to

Post Transplant-- Cramps- mainly in lower leg

Water additives
Just another one of my curious questions… As I’m sipping on the last half of my first liter of water for the day I was wondering whether there are any additives you put in your water for health reasons? Just something to aid in or improve your overall health. I drink at least 2 liters a day and don

Recent test results 'Satisfactory' - NOT! - and any advice about supplements on which order to take?
My plan was to take: - Nature Provides VitD3+K2 with breakfast (which is normally 1 to 2 hours after I take my levothyroxine first thing in the morning) - Thorne Basic B Complex with lunch - Solgar Gentle Iron and Vit C with dinner - Vital Haven
Magnesium
(
Citrate
, Glycinate & Taurate) at bedtime

Serum Magnesium Levels - What level are those with AF on the Forum aiming for?
My April 2022 blood tests returned a serum magnesium level of 1.1 nmol/L. (Normal given as 0.7-1.0) And one constant on the Forum is members recommending Magnesium supplementation, reinforced by medical experts saying the same. My question however is what actual level (in nmol/L) are members who supplement

Overwhelming fatigue – do I increase T3?
Hi – looking for some advice! I have been on 10 mcgT3 and 75mcgT4 for 5 weeks (I titrated up slowly for 2 weeks before starting on 10mcgT3). For the last 3 or 4 weeks I have been having overwhelming fatigue and my body aches and I get very edgy. Even a short walk leaves me drained and washed out .
