Tightening Chest
Hi, I have an ongoing cough/phlegm problem which I hope to have investigated in the New Year. I returned to the UK 3 days ago and as is the norm when here I am coughing more, have a wheeze and feel a slight uncomfortable/tight feeling in my chest. I have increased my AirFluSal inhaler to 3 puffs twice

Saniq app - set normal peak flow
Hello, Iāve just started using the Saniq app to record my peak flow, and my normal rate is set much too low, I think itās based on my first entry. Iāve tried removing all my entries and starting again, but the normal is still set the same. Iām sure I heard that you can set your normal rate yourself

Swede & carrot fritters
Hi everyone and hereās a pic of tonightās tea. I made the fritter idea up and although they fell apart a bit, they were well yummy. Chop half a swede and 3 medium carrots into small chunks, steam for about ten minutes then mash with butter. Stir in a fried onion, a large egg and a handful of grated cheddar

Canāt clear my throat!
My last bloody test in August showed my levels were within the ānormalā range but my GP listened to my concerns (
low
mood
, tiredness, poor concentration and fog) and agreed to put me on 125mcg to see how I got on. This was four weeks ago and I certainly feel better in the areas mentioned above.
