pretty bad day
I was in a decent
mood
yesterday, and was really
low
the day before. I’m currently taking Lamictal XR 200mg once daily. I believe it’s probably more for bi-polar mood stabilizing than depression.

Asthma under control; yet, coughing up stuff and breathlessness, on occasion.
My asthma is allegedly under control and not too bad, as measured by peak flow and spirometry tests. Nevertheless, I have periods of breathlessness, cough, and bringing up yellow stuff, deep within my chest. This last symptom just occurred a week or so ago; have finished some antibiotics for it. But

Tapering too fast? Advice needed please
I have found this site invaluable and until now haven't had the confidence to post anything. But I have reached an all time low over the past week and really need your help. I have completed my bio today which gives background info - it is a long story though! I have copied some of the info into this

Improving T4 to T3 conversion
Hello All I’m trying to see if I can improve my T4 to T3 conversion by improving vitamin intake, my GP won’t increase my Levothyroxine as she said TSH is perfect all tests are normal and has diagnosed my ongoing aching lethargy
low
mood
as fibromyalgia.

Bipolar and PMDD?
I’ve found out that I have a
low
mood
for 1 to 2 weeks, starting on almost the same day every month for the past four months. There might also be a chance that I am peri menopause as I am 44. Any others have experience of hormones and bipolar etc?

Does the low carb approach to eating also help the pain of PMR?
This was flagged in my Inbox today - and might account for why some people experience increased pain when they binge on "treats" after being on low carb eating for a while. https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/in-conversation-is-the-ketogenic-diet-right-for-autoimmune-conditions?utm_source=Sailthru

Increased levothyroxine but felt worse. Back to usual dose but still so exhausted. Low iron and testosterone too. Would love advice please!
I’m struggling so much with energy levels, also brain fog, muscle weakness and
low
mood
. Winter doesn’t help, I get SAD but try to get outside as much as possible. Also have SIBO which interferes with absorption in gut and often makes me feel dreadful if not careful with diet and how/when I eat.

Concerned about ?asthma symptoms, what is significant and what is not
Hi hope everyone is ok. Just looking for some opinions and advice really as I am confused when it comes to my breathing. If you are in a bad mood or not feeling very patient the below might annoy you but I am just trying to be honest and describe my experience. Basically for the past 12 years since
