Had some tests wasnt sure what they meant, but at first glance dont look great

My total Cholesterol is 5.9...LDL is 3.68 HDL 1.44 and triglycerides is 1.1......have i got a problem???

Yes you do. Your LDL should be 2.0 mmol/l or less. Read my post 'Coming Off Statins'. Also read the article below.

I did the 'Whats your heart age' test and was told its 20 years older than I actually am and I could expect to live another 5 years..

It's too general a test to be really accurate!

There is a reason for your bold test, please go back to your GP and ask for a risk analysis and for a full explanation on what need to be improved for better blood results.!!

If in doubt ask for a cardiologist referral to go through some stress ALALYSIS and other investigation if necessary.

food intake control, drinks intake control, watching out for hidden sugar and free sugar in food , regular exercise cane help towards a healthy life.

May be a life style change is necessary.
