Low sperm➡️No sperm➡️Some sperm
In keeping with my desperate attempts to remain optimistic and treat each little success as actually a big victory, we had some good news today! Hurrah. Having found out mid-March that my husband has a low sperm count (less than 2 million - too low to detail mobility and morphology etc), we were pretty

Any info helps.
My father first started his treatment for Hep-C, he was in stage four liver surrossis. He has now been testing negative for 1 year. We were just wandering what we should expect? I know this question might be hard to answer, but any information you could give us would be great.

Vitamin Tablets - Can we take them?
Hi All Prior to my angioplasty I was taking Vitamin B complex, Vitamin D and Vitamin C tablets. I have asked if I can take three again and have been met with mixed reviews. Are any of you taking the above after having angioplasty? Kind regards Tracy 😊

Waiting for Diagnosis Frustration
Hi I finally got to see a rheumatologist a few weeks ago but was a bit unfortunate in that after a few bouts of being quite unwell I was actually in good form on the day. Sadly this meant that blood tests done on the day were normal except C reactive protein and drvvt. Since then however the near constant

Right combination of supplements
I have experienced that the combination of different herbs and supplements can backfire if not taken rightly. But the right combination is a tricky matter and is different for different persons. I was wondering whether there is some standard combination of supplements which is optimal and is more or

Private Thyroid and NHS Test
Hi all, I had a nhs standard thyroid test on 7th March also checking for iron, kidneys and liver, possibly B12 not sure, as explained to my G.P feeling tired and lying down during day. I actually already take prescribed iron and have done for past couple years maybe longer. Had iron deficiency on off

Supplements and blood test levels along with over 50 and iron question
I’ve searched the forum, but haven’t been able to find much regarding over age 50 and iron. I would appreciate any input. I’m 55 years old and have Hashimoto’s and hypothyroidism. I have supplemented with iron and a high level multivitamin with iron for years. I have just now dropped the iron supplement
