I’m not so sure about this...
After having consistent blood tests for 12 months I have been diagnosed with CKD. In trying to educate myself about this disease I have come to question if I really do have it. Based on blood tests I do but....I have no reason for getting it. Apart from low gfr and high creatinine, my bloods are fine

THE PROOF IS IN VITAMIN D BEATS COVID - WHY THEN IS IT ALL ABOUT A VACCINE

Can Oligomeric Proanthocyanadins (OPC's) be of any benefit for ADHD??
Short answer: Yes Oligomeric Proanthocyanadins (OPC's for short) are polyphenols which help give fruit, vegetables, and plants their dark, rich color. These micronutrients contain very strong antioxidants and phytochemicals that assist plants with disease preventive properties. Someone messaged me

Hi, 34 year old male here, I've been browsing this site for a few days now and from all the different experiences I've read I'm pretty sure I have decompensated liver, except there is a lot more to it than that. Let me start at the beginning. In late 2014 I spiraled into a deep depression after breaking

Blood test results help please
Just received test results which are showing Ferritin as very high and also quite high for Antibodies. Having seen various gp's at my surgery I have at last been prescribed Levothyroxine 25 mcg as a starter (I'm 68) so have been taking it now for a couple of weeks. The reason behind her prescribing it

Myo-Inositol
Hi everyone, I’ve know lots of people take Myo-inositol for PCOS but has anyone used it to improve their fertility in general? I’ve just got a supplement catalog through with my ubiquinol order and it mentions it’s good as a fertility supplement. Just wondered if it’s worth trying? I currently take

Blood test results. Any help appreciated. :)
Hi, a little help please? I have Hashimotos, and have had tolerable carpel tunnel for years. Things stepped up a few weeks ago and pretty sure it was cubital tunnel. Naproxen prescribed for the pain and discomfort and a full blood “MOT” done, but it’s come back pretty normal... Raised ESR, Serum C

Vitamin C could help older adults retain muscle mass – new research.
As we get older, our skeletal muscle mass, strength and power to move gradually decline, which may lead to a condition called sarcopenia. Sarcopenia affects more than 50 million people over the age of 50 years worldwide, and contributes to type 2 diabetes, frailty, physical disability, loss of independence

Test results, following up from a month ago
Hello. I posted on here a month ago asking for advice before an endo appointment. I was feeling very poorly - a lot of joint pain, brain fog, falling over, dizzy, ears ringing etc. Your advice was really helpful, thank you. I ended up having levothyroxine increased from 50 to 75mcg, liothyrinine

Too much Vitamins or trouble adjusting to higher dose of Levo?
Hello again, I’ve been following all the advice I’ve received here but I’m feeling worse all the time. I’m practically house-bound except in the evening for about an hour or two, I can venture out but not to go to stores etc. Could I have been taking too much iron? I take Gentle iron 20 mg every 2

Updated blood tests
I decided to get private bloods done as my FT3 came back twice as being slightly over range, it looks like theyre normalising a bit now in comparison but still several symptoms present. I have been on vitamin supplements for two/three months now so some of the digestive issues have calmed, but I still
