Basil great in any Tomato Sauce Pasta and any thing Ragu.

Sage Pork, Chicken and great one to use use fresh or dried. Both Rosemary Sage grow great in the garden.

Freeze fresh blitz up touch water add to ice cube trays. Portion add to dishes when cooking.
Basil not so good frozen goes black so use with a sauce blitz up and then freeze.
