Apart from helping to retain muscle mass, the report also says deficiency in vitamin C could be a risk factor for developing type 2 Diabetes, brittle bones and Scurvy.

In fact currently Vitamin C supplement is in short supply as it is well known to enhance immunity against covid19...and people have purchased and stocked this vitamin C .

Limcee- a popular chewable vit Cmade by Abbott India is not available..

However if you take adequate Fruits and vegetables , you will never have deficiencies of Vitamin C

Lemon, Orange , Amla, kiwi, Capsicum, Guava, Papaya, Tomato , Brocolli, plum , Strawberry, cherry.... And many vegetables all are rich sources of Vitamin C...Getting your vitamin C from natural sources is better than swallowing synthetic pills..
