TKR Chronic Pain 7-8 months post
I am 34 years old with footdrop and damaged my knee being active with an AFO brace. That is the reason I got TKR at a young age. My inner side of the knee was grinding hard and I felt it everyday. Ever since I've got TKR I feel the same pain but worse, only thing better is my standing longer. My range

Tired
Hi.. I’m cll stage 0 (discovered during blood work for knee replacement surgery). My red cell counts are normal, but I still feel fatigue often. I’m 4 months out of knee surgery, and am now working 48-56 hours a week, plus training horses on the side. On my day off, I’m sooo tired I can’t hardly function

Cataract surgery and warfarin
Hi, Has anyone had cataract surgery whilst being permanently on warfarin. Did you have to come off warfarin before hand? Any special points to discuss with surgeon? I've had to come off warfarin twice before, once for a CT Scan and once for knee replacement surgery. No sweat. Not sure about eyes though

I'm 62,recently divorced & recently had knee replacement. I initiated the divorce last Nov., but he didn't move out until late May. I had my replacement in July. I recently found out that my ex got a girlfriend in June. During this time he has taken advantage of things like my Amazon account, his cell

24th year and still going strong (with test results to support those words)
Passing into my 24th year Oct 19th with this strong gifted heart, this was a busy week in many ways, but especially with doctor clinic visits to get tests and test results. Heart annual stress test on Wednesday went GREAT! Meeting with the cardiologists for the annual exam showed everything doing great

Newbie still undiagnosed
Hi everyone, Not sure what to write on this my first ever social media post at the young age of 55, but feel like this is a worthwhile site to start on. I am going through the process of being monitored for atrial eptopics and slight tachycardia at my local hospital. I am still confused by the whole

Is it just me?
Simply getting fatter and fatter. I know what I'm doing wrong..but I keep on doing it anyway. My knee surgery excuses are old now and diabetes is chasing me. Its kinda depressing. I feel outta control and I hate exercising. Ray Charles had "Georgia" on his mind...FOOD is constantly on mine. But its

Pins and needles and pricking around knee replacements.
I have pernicious anaemia. For some time I have had pins and needles, tingling and pricking around my knee replacements which were done 8 years ago. I am wandering of this is due to the pernicious anaemia. Has anyone else experienced this.

Having 2nd Total Knee Replacement in 3 weeks
Hi all, Finally having 2nd TKR mid November. Not over-enthused but have been TOLD by orthopod and rheumy that I will be able to mobilise better then lose some weight (possibly!) as I'm not able to do much at present. A bit apprehensive because of last years 1st TKR and subsequent flares,
